Hi, I’m Amy
If I’m not in the gym, or studying, you'll find me with a cup of tea and some lego, with a biscuit if I’m treating myself (more often than not!) Because, not only do I understand the importance of discipline and pushing the limits, I have also learnt that one of the most important elements of feeling healthy and successful is giving yourself time to relax and recover. So here comes the important word; balance.
A common theme in the fitness industry is fad or yo-yo dieting, where consistency barely exists and sustainability even less so, resulting in a brief period of achievement, followed by a huge slump back to reality, back where you started. I intend to change that narrative.
I want to help people create sustainable consistency, in other words, a balanced lifestyle. where you can hit your fitness/ weight goals, whilst still enjoying the things you enjoy on a weekly basis. Not only do I have the scientific knowledge of methods to help, all of my support comes from real life experience. 16+ years dedicated to Muay Thai has taught me a lot about life, but my experience with fighting taught me about myself.
I made mistakes while cutting weight which made me quit the sport i loved for a while, and question my direction in life. My goal is to help others avoid these struggles and emphasise the importance of balance.
If you resonate at all and would like a chat, come and find me or reach out using my contact details and i can offer my support to get moving in the right direction.
